As an exhausted mother of three children under the age of four, I had booked an appointment for a massage at a well-known treatment center for some relaxation. Unfortunately the session was not at all what I had expected. The following day, I was in so much pain that I could hardly move! Thankfully, I was promptly referred to Darcie Iki by a dear friend of mine who was confident that she could help me. Although I was extremely apprehensive about any further treatment, fearing it could make matters worse, I decided to be optimistic and attend the appointment. I am so glad I did! Darcie is a truly wonderful therapist. I love massage and frequent different treatment centres and spas both here and abroad, and I have to say, her technique and touch were excellent. Her pressure and speed were perfect, and she was great at finding a knot and working them until the tension melted away. She was also so sympathetic to my situation and really took the time to understand my needs. Darcie combined her therapeutic technique with her vast knowledge of aromatherapy to create an individualized session to ease my pain. I was looking forward to Darcie's new treatment and being indulged under her expert hands. I loved the addition of the salt rub and hot towels which helped relax my muscles. I came away feeling refreshed,knots kneaded away. At bedtime, I fell into a deep sleep and I felt totally alert the next day, ready to tackle whatever was coming my way.
