up smoking can feel like a drag, even though most smokers would
love to kick the habit and improve their health. Researchers from
Goldsmiths College, the Institute of Psychiatry and University College
London recruited 200 smokers aged between 18 and 65, all of whom
admitted to smoking more than 10 cigarettes a day, to assess the
