to use this CD
This
CD contains a guided meditation and healing energy. The meditation
balances and opens chakras and takes you on a journey to connect
with a Spirit Guide who will assist you in finding answers to questions
you may have. The healing energy will help dissolve any emotional
or physical discomfort you may have and help promote a feeling of
relaxation and wellbeing. You will connect with the healing energy
more with each time you play the CD even if you don't follow the
meditation. For optimum results play the CD daily even if it's playing
in the background while you do other things. You may feel heat or
cold, tingling or heaviness in the body, all are natural responses
to this healing energy.

do not use the CD if driving or performing other tasks that require
total concentration.
